Concrete Repair and Restoration
D. Robinson Contracting Ltd. has been successfully performing concrete restoration work in pulp mill environments for twenty years. We have supervisors and crews who are well experienced in rebuilding spalled and cracked concrete beams, slabs, floors, and walls.
We have recently performed work in continuing restoration projects at Elk Falls and Harmac Pulp mills, Nexen Chemicals, and other plants.
Our reconstruction work is performed in accordance with the guidelines of the International Concrete Repair Institute, and our repair materials are carefully specified and applied to provide maximum protection against continued chemical corrosion.
Industry Proven Epoxy Protective Coatings
In addition to the restoration of concrete, we supply and apply top quality protective coatings which are designed to resist the most severe chemical exposure to acids, caustic, and effluent. The durable products we use have been well proven in the Pulp and Paper industry's most aggressive environments in applications on both new and old concrete surfaces in effluent treatment vessels, concrete floors, and chemical containment areas.
Timber Construction
D. Robinson Contracting is capable and experienced in the maintenance, construction, repair and demolition of WOOD STAVE TANKS, and TIMBER STRUCTURES including pipe and conveyor bents, timber roof systems, timber wall structures, and timber tank roofs.
